Q. Why is my shampoo not working?

A. While holding the neck of the pump (①) with one hand, firmly hold the head (②) and turn it counterclockwise (following the arrow) to lift the head. Press the pump several times until the product dispenses.
If the head (②) does not lift, tighten the neck (①) firmly, hold it in place, and try turning the head (②) again.
If the pump still doesn’t turn after several attempts, please contact our Customer Service.

Q. Conditioner won't dispense from pump.

A. If the product is thick and hard to dispense, gently tap the side of the bottle several times.

Q: Change in shampoo color or scent noticed.

A. This product contains naturally derived ingredients. Variations in scent and color may occur, but do not affect the quality or performance of the product. 

Q: Shampoo doesn’t foam when dispensed.

A. This shampoo dispenses as a liquid, not as whipped foam. Like regular shampoo, it needs to be worked into a lather during use. If hair isn’t fully wet or has styling products/oils, foaming may be difficult.
For best results, wet scalp and hair thoroughly with warm water, rinse out dirt, then lather shampoo in your hands with water and air before applying.

Q: Is there an expiration date?

A.There is no strict expiration date. Unopened products are guaranteed to maintain quality for 3 years after manufacture. While quality usually remains stable beyond 3 years, storage conditions may cause occasional changes. If you notice any unusual odor, color, or texture at any time, we do not recommend using the product. Please use promptly after opening.

Q: I accidentally swallowed shampoo. Is it safe?

A. Do not force vomiting. Rinse your mouth and drink one to two glasses of milk or water. If you feel unwell, take the product with you and consult a doctor.
